Having rashes on the side of lower lip
Been facing the problem since 3-4days. My lips doesn't get much chapped but I'm literally facing the rashes issue around my lower lip and itches a lot. Sometimes i see those side becomes too dry as well. A year back i used a lip ointment suggested by dermatologist , after using that particular ointment it was all recovered. But now i barely remember the name of the balm ( ointment) .
Is there any doctor who can suggest me a good ointment / balm for rashes that I've under the lower lip . Please

It can be perioral dermatitis or lipstick cheilitis.
