White patches behind neck I think it came recently I haven't seen them before. what is the cause of this and what precaution to be taken to get rid of this. Is it spread. Attching pic.

Hi Could be PMLE, or pitryasis versicolor or seborrhoeic dermatitis , allergic etc Detail history and clear focused photographs are required.
