Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Getting acne one after another on my face it was one year back like this and then i consulted a doctor after that it got stopped now again it started.

I am loosing a huge amount of hair suddenly. Just brushing my hair with my fingers leaves my hand with lot of hair. I have attached a pic for reference. This is from brushing my hair with a comb few mins back. I am scared to touch my hair now.

I was affected by the covid end of April post which for past one month I am having a huge hair loss now I thought it'll settle on own but it's been a month hair fall didn't stop.. Please advice

I'm facing massive hairfall problem ( male pattern baldness ). I'm using minoxidil 5% as consulted by my dermatologist from past 1.5 years. But suddenly in these 2 months I started facing massive hairfall even while on minoxidil. I can say I lost 35-40% of hairs in this period. Not sure what to do, I'm 22 & it's a bit fearsome. I am 16 years old female weight 80kg.height 5'5 feet. Pcod patient and last year got pre diabetes. Sometimes I often get pain on my thighs and legs. Today I suddenly noticed a kind of cracked curved horizontal dent on my both toe nails . I don't know it's exact colour but it's kind of little gray and skin colour. Please tell me is it serious or what should I do?

I have been going through hives almost all over my legs and arms. To check for allergy I got an allergy test conducted and it shows an allergic reaction to yeast of 1.5 IU/ml. Am I allergic to yeast? Could it be the cause of hives appearing on my body? Also I am 23 yrs old and I have been consuming yeast products all my life and have never had such a reaction.
