Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I want my skin to glow and even skin all over body ...Suggest good dermatologist therapy and supplement

Red dot marks are there in my forehead since 2 yrs and also have white dot marks in upper lips...i had also  consulted the dermatologist but no positive results yet and presently using Acquasoft FC moisturiser and Moiz cleansing lotion as suggested by dermatologist...

Can facial hair be reduced by medicines or is there any medication for facial hair? I did hair laser and it didn't suit my skin and now I'm getting more hair on my face than usual

There is substantial hair fall after covid19 . Mother is diabetic and went through angioplasty in Dec 2021.

My mother dad extreme hair loss after covid recovery but after treatment with hair fall lotions and vitamin tablets for hairs he has her hair growth back ...since she is old her hairs are white now so she wanted to do heat colour...can she do sulphate free hair colour now ?or should she wait for the hair to grow more longer? In July she had hair fall and we started her treatment ...please advice about Hair colour as she don't want to look old ;)

I'm currently undergoing a full body chemical peeling. Have already done 2 sessions.In how many sessions I can see visible change in improving skin complexion. Although, after 2 sessions there is no difference.

I have lump in under arm from many years it is skin colored sometimes i get pimple there and it gets itching what it could be what should i do

I used to consume BRAGG'S Apple Cider Vinegar and had no reactions to it. But once I bought another ACV from the brand KAPIVA (Golden Apple). I consumed it for about 2 weeks on empty stomach before breakfast with a tsp of honey. This however caused me to have breakouts which had been under control since I received treatment for 8 months back. And the worst side effect is that my body odour has changed. I used to not have strong body odour but after drinking this, my body started emitting a vinegary smell every time I sweat. It's getting extremely embarassing and even though I have stopped consuming it for about 1.5 week, the problem still continues, do I seek medical help or it'll go away.

Please help,hair fall is happening so much that i cant express. every time i put my hand in hair there is  two or three broken hair.and after bath there is so much hair fall not usual from last month. please help

Hello Dr, I am facing sudden hair fall from last 2-3 weeks. After bath or apply oil so much hair fall. I was covid positive in May end and took treatment for the same. Recently i found B12 deficiency. I am UC patient and taking medicine Mesacol OD and Azoran. Please suggest treatment to stop hair fall and increase density.
