Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I don't have drastic hairfall or anything but I do have thinning... is it safe to color my hair? Please advise

There's a around 1 inch of bump slighty above my stomach and between my chest on the centre part oblong shape and it hurts. It's been there for almost a month now. I don't know what to do. Sometimes it gives burning sensation. It hurts most of the time. I am not sure what it is. It suddenly appeared one day and it bothers me a lot. I am applying soframycin to ease the burning sensation. It helps, but not that much. Can anyone advice which doctor to see?

I got dark hard layer of skin on my toe ( I have attached the pics) almost 2 years ago on one of my toe and I got the same problem on another toe ( but less than other toe ) about a year ago I have tried scrubbing ( not regularly) it decreases but then comes back to normal. I haven't tried anything else other than this . Is this a serious condition or can I cure this through home remedies or medicines Pls help Thanking you in advance
