Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have hair fall issue, before 5 years my hair condition was good ..but now hair fall is high. How to reduce this hair fall issue ?

I am suffering from massive hair fall from 7-8 months. I don't eat too much fast food and exercise 2-3'time . I am using khadi mauri shampoo.

I have ringworm in my back.. In the starting it is of very small size but now its size increases and i also have itching in my genital area to be precise in scrotum Please suggest medicine

I have been suffering from psoraisis and  been through multiple doctor consultations in recent years and used many ointments and creeams for moisturizing my skin there is no signs for getting rid of it. I have used Methotrexate tablets earlier which subsided for few months, close to an year  and back again severely. After using Methotrexate I had side affects of severe gastritis and esophagatis. I had been advised by one of my abroad colleague that there is a medicine which is very effective i.e Risankizumab-rzaa (Skyrizi), is there any similar injection in India or is there a better medication in India to cure my condition without severe side effects.
