Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After mosquito bite Baby getting bumps on entire body and followed by bleed and after that becoming black spots since 10 days...

Skin concern is moderate acne with hyperpigmentation and skin texture.. skin type is combintion acne prone skin..which azelaic acid suspension will be more suitable gel or cream based.. i had used tretenoin and it breaks me every freaking time.. currently using 10% niacinamide serum from minimalist followed by aloevera gel + teatree oil as moisturiser. Please suggest something that can work for me except tretenoin and isotretenoin.

I have noticed it any time. I recall I these from some years. I have lump like on both my forearms. This is painless and movable. Also I have another one in near my elbow of right hand. It's also same. I had a HRCT previously in August 2020. Doctor told I have trachael cyst. I currently don't have any symptoms or pain. Is it cancer or normal cyst? Do I need to worry about it?

There is a very small mobile ,painless growth of a mass type in the armpit.it has no pain and the skin of the growth is little dark than my normal skin tone.it is not creating any issues but I would like to know what is the reason behind it and why did I get it.will it spread.what measures should be taken for the same.
