I have been since five months. Suffering with a fungal infection{ringworm} In private place ( I used medicines but not good result) The disease decreases and increases Please suggestion 🙏

I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2016 and put on Metformin 1 g twice daily initially (500gm twice after meal) and then my dosage increased to 2 g twice daily. I always had the issue of dandruff but it didn't bother me until 2017 when it turned out to be scalp psoriasis. I am hormonally almost fine now as my menstrual cycles are regular also my scalp psoriasis flared up only once in 2017 and rarely when the weather is humid I have been getting severe dandruff after - the picture of which I attached below. I'm having 0 to no hair growth and bald spot present in the crown part of my head. Also I have normal hair fall daily (80-100 strands) which increases the day I wash my hair yet I see no difference and no hair growth in the bald spots! What shall I do?

I have had darkening of ear lobes since last year and now my cheeks also have started to develop darkening.
