Skin problem from last 2 and half years

Asked for Male, 48 Years

The problem is that there is redness on hand and on thigh and on the side of under arm. And there is much itching on that. She had taken many medicine and consult with skin doctor they had given medicine but again same problem repeating. *Please help to give some medicine name and cream name* that can give permanent relief.
