Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello ,My name is Anil Kumar. My problem...is when am go to out side I mean in sunlight then I did get my left side leg and hand is painful and feeled very weakness in summer I did get this type if problem very high and my mind is also not working at that time, I meaning did feel like very  hurry burry. If I took food in that time but I feel like very weakness..am doing as a medical officer job so I do feiled work but I didnot work well.if I drive a car in summer or in sunlight then I feel very weakness and tried and my left side leg and hand very painful. Am suffering from last two years already I consult neurologist but no result pls doctors any one solve my problem.i feel very uncomfortable in functions or partys and I not enjoyed that moments at summer..pls solve my problem..

Respected sir, My dermatologist told me that i have male pattern baldness but i don't feel like that. The reason is in my family history..no one gone bald before 40's neither my paternal side or maternal side... Even my maternal grandfather still has hair in the age of 70-75 years I want to know that should i use minoxidil 5% As recommended by doctor or not Also if i dont have pattern baldness or genetic reason..should discontinuing minoxidil cause any complications?

I have used for dandruff for 3 months cipla8x shampoo ciclopirox and zinc pyrithione there is no hairfall while using it after that I used natural shampoo mom's coo shampoo and conditioner I have losed lot of hair why I am losing hair please tell me
