If marriage and pregnancy is not planned in near future, then best option for you is to include a face serum in your daily routine skin care containing a retinol, vit C or any other ingredient as per your skin type and requirement. In addition you should use a salycilic based facewash. Needs a detailed evaluation of your skin type so better to provide a photo. So that I can guide you more accurately.

What kind of basic skin type is yours? Oily skin if not taken care of may result in open pores. You can use retinol based cream or serum on face at night. Also consult for proper diagnosis and management.
