Pls tell what is this filled whole hole near my nails And my skin is also peeling in hands what it can ve and pls suggest some home remedies.

My grandmother has unexplained excessive itching all over body consulted few doctor here they gave steroid creams montair lc bilastine chlorpheniramine and all but she is not getting any relief ..got her full body check up reports are ok but there is increased neutrophils (7) She is taking medicine for sugar and bp also which is under control
