Hello doctors i had concern about my skin issues. Actually its been like white powder coming from skin when too much itching i Started to scratch and that time after white powder fells that area is turning to red colour. May i know suggestions to cure this

I have hair thinning problem.. i have used henna more than 15 years bcz of my gray hair... then hair falling start.. i stoped stopped using henna and start using matrix hair color.. i have been using it for 2 years.. my hair thinning is getting worse and my hair line start declining... wot should i do now? I have very oily skin, dark circles & hyperpigmentation. I've already consultant with a dermatologist but I'm not satisfied. I just want to know which chemical peels or combination of peels would be better for me for those 3 problems. I need minimum chemical peel sessions with maximum amount of results as I'm a student I can't afford too many sessions. I also have uneven skin tone like my forehead is darker than than the rest of my face as I was very active in sports I genuinely think it's due to suntan & doubt that my dark circles are also more or less due to same reason.
