Hi, I live a very stressful life. I don't get time to do any skin care or hair care actually no time to eat. I have observed that I have suddenly started having white hair strands. And it's like more than 20 now. I am worried as I use to have a good black shiny hair. My face has also started to have pimples not the watery one but normal. I also have a lot of black hair on my face. Can you please suggest something for white hair and something for skin care...
