I have cut marks on my left hand..how can i remove it???is there any treatment available for it???i had taken 2 fractional laser treatment

Hi Doctor, I have lumps under skin at multiple places (near elbow, wrist, waist). These lumps neither cause pain nor grow in size. It has been there for an year or so. Is it something to worry about? What should be ideal to take action? Thanks in advance.
