Hi, Both sides of nose are infected with sebborhic dermatitis but there is no dandruff on scalp. This usually starts with a small pimple near nose and when it pops the never ending infection is there. Some doctors said it's a fungal infection and it is due to excess oil on face and dandruff on scalp. But now I can see there no dandruff and oil is also very less compared to before. But still there is a infection which does not go.
