Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin with itching problem since 30 years I met somany famous dermatologists all doctors says there is no permanent solution use anti allergic (like cetrizen tablets) I done comprehensive allergy test report shows total IgE 1130 iUA /L (normal below 150 iUA/L) in that report allergy cause with somany food items like chillies peanuts mushrooms etc. that report show to any dermatologist doctor says if you escape somany food items you will risk another problems with nutrition I used homeopathy and ayurveda also but no result if any solution please help me

Several black spots on stomach which have become permanent.no irritation felt.sometimes sudden rashes appear on skin which get reddish and swollen and also painful.my daughter is highly allergetic to insect and and mosquito bites.

I had previously visited for hair problems.and I want follow it up and seeking for further advice. thyroidectomy was done last year

I am 21 years old. Whenever I come out after taking a shower my whole body feels itchy and my skin turns red for few hours. At first I thought it was some reaction to the soap i use, so i tried changing my soap, towels,etc. But then too i still feel itchy right after coming out of shower and its been over an year now. Also, recently from like 2 months my back has turned black. Earlier it started developing patches but now its turning black completely. I am really worried about these issues. please tell me what i am possibly suffering with and is it treatable. Should i be really worried?.  

Over the last few months, I have developed an extremely itchy scalp with dandruff that feels like a semi dry paste on my scalp. I develop this condition every year once or twice. It's extremely annoying and I'm very frustrated. Please help

I am facing kind of fungal/ yeast/dandruf type on my beard moustaches yes same may b on head hair in the scalp ,i feel daily so embarrassment bcz of that fungal or something else. i used cold cream but no effects on it. pleaae help or suggest anything that can remove it.
