Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

27 years female. From last few months scaly patches developed on scalp and they appear red at some places like blisters. Small blisters developed on legs recently. On scalp this is causing itching and lot of dandruff kind of thing is coming out. Having pains in joints as well especially morning. Attached pics of scalp and forehead. Applied turmeric so they appear yellow. Recently on legs also small patches are seen. On legs also itching is there. Attched one picture. There is no pain at all either on scalp or legs. Most of these rash or marks on skin are white in colour on skin. Is this psoriasis? Or something else?

I am suffering from a fungal infection near genitals (inner thighs area)  from past 2 weeks , Its like red rashes which have a little bit burning sensation and so much itching in it. Ihave taken candiforce 200 capsules and used candid dusting powder . But nothing worked , what should i do to cure it early as possible .
