Is it advisable to consult a doctor before taking any vitamin supplements? Hair fell out in lumps last week. Then I bought 'power gummies' and started taking them from Monday(third day today). But the hair fall problem continues. I have noticed that even the newly-grown short hair at the front have started falling out. Do you think it could be due to the vitamin supplement or is it just a phase?
