Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There is a brown spot on lower part of my right leg. Sometimes it itches a lot and other times it doesn't but whenever it itches, itch doesn't go away easily. I thought it would go away automatically but its been a while now, its oval in shape and about 1 inch long. Please tell how to cure it.

I have used anti fungal products on doctor advice. The spreading is stopped. But the white spot remains. Original colour is not back. What to do now!

My derma suggested this for one month due to acne scars due to pcod for a month with zincovit. She also told me skincare but its too costly cant buy all those. I am taking chin laser treatment and can I take this acnechio M with that for 30 days? I am not taking any treatment of pcod from any endocrinologist.
