Psoriasis...
I am having  psoriasis patch on face,leg and hand..is this curable or not..??what can I do now..to prevent these patches...what food to avoid..?? Please reply...

It's like diabetes. It's an autoimmune disease. So it needs a detailed and prolonged treatment to keep it under control. It may regress and get completely cured later on or it may remain lifelong. No food restrictions for Psoriasis. Do reduce ur stress levels by doing meditation. It's a chronic disease. Do take a proper consultation to treat the same.
