I lost my hair's front both sides and center of the head like crown area overall center of the head it's too thin like my scalp is visibling clearly I don't want to go under any transplant without hair transplant is there any option to get hairs back

What you have might be just Androgenetic Alopecia. And this is a genetic mediated ,no cure for this, hair thinning would have happened front both sides usually there will be less chances of you getting the density back with available medications  i mean to say till date thers no satisfying therapy for us to confidently say you will get the density but onnthe crown area yes i have seen enough patients getting a better results.
Next Steps
6 months of medical treatment would be ideal to say if we can see some change incase if you don't hair transplant is an option
