Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I did STI test in the month of July 2021 and found syphilis TPHA positive with 1:320 dilution and RPR reactive 1:4. Doctor advised to take doxycycline 100 mg 2 times a day for 21 days. After completion of the course as per the advise of the doctor I repeated the test and the level of TPHA was 1:640 and RPR was 1:2 this time. Now as per the doctor advise I took penicillin injection (2.4 m units) on 28 August 2021. Is syphilis cured? Do I need to go for re-test?

Hi i am 27 years old female, my hairs are getting thinner day by day, some are very short , tbey don,t make up to the entire lenght of my hair, earlier they were not like that. I am having dandruff and my scalp is tender when i touch it.

I would get rashes on my scortum and inner thighs sometimes. It will get red and burning sensation and it will be very uncomfortable for me. I am not sure on the reason why I get this often. I sometimes may scratch due to itchiness night while was asleep and by morning I could see the rashes. It will be there for 3 to 4 days and slowly it will go. Please help me with the temporary and permanent solution for this.

Finger burning sensation if spicy food is touched. And washing dishes makes more dryness. I can't eat food even if very lil spicy. It's soo rough Nd dry.

Does folli serum have side effects...I just applied it once and by mistake small amount was in contact with my forehead and burning sensation started at that place...so that's not an issue right? And do i have to stop it or continue?

Hi I was facing extreme hairloss due to PCOD like 400-500 hairs a day but after taking multivitamins and spironolactone hairloss has reduced to approx 100 hairs a day but hasn't stopped completely.. i have been taking multivitamins since last 2 months and spironolactone for 3 weeks. I have small hair growths across my scalp which has been about the same length for like 2 months now. Also i do see some small hair fall along with the long ones.. Are these small hairs new hair growths or is my hair getting miniaturised? What should I do?
