Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have had this skin infection since past 5 yrs, it has reduced from before but still this remains. The steroid and other skin creams just supress it but i want it to go once and for all. Kindly help.

For last few months i got some white patches on backside of neck . What would be that and is that cure through ointments.

According to some doctors only 4% and above works. Is Hydroquinone 2% of any help in treating PIH? Or should one directly start 4%? If 2% is well tolerated without any irritation, can we move up to 4% in a week?

Hello Dr. I've been diagnosed with Dandruff and when my body temperature rises or I eat something spicy , I've itch on my back and chest and if uncontrolled it starts on arms ,  , thighs and all over body . I took the following medicines. 1. Shampoo - Ketoconazole and Piroctone Olamine (2X a week) 2. Lotion - Beclomethasone Dipropionate ( applyon scalp after bathing) 3. Cream - Clobetasol Propionate and Gentamicin (apply on hands after bathing) 4. Tablet- Levocitrizine Dihydrochloride and Montelukast Sodium (2X a day after meals) Though I have releif from dandruff and itchy scalp but as the medication period over , when my body temperature rises or I eat spicy stuff I get itch again. Please tell me the solution to this . Thank you

Hi All, need suggestions. Actually my doctor done approx 40 days before melanosite through blister on finger.But blister was made on other skin part of finger with spot area.when I asked he told here uniform color will come.But after some days upper layer of skin removed. And on some finger having wound.For wound they done PRF.But my concern is for other finger where no wound is there but still covering skin not came .still looking pink.i am using daily antiseptic and reagen d cream but still no luck and my marriage is fixed in last week of February. But due to this tragedy little worry is going.could you please give ur valuable advice Thanks for advance .attaching finger photo.

I got my finger some kinda allergy. If I touch or eat any spicy food i get burning like sensation and if I wash dishes also I get this type of finger dryness and burning sensation. It's first time for me..it's been a month I got this. But it dint go away. Wat to do... Now I can't eat also cuz my finger burns...in my home they put very very very very very little spicy.
