I need to whiten my skin, the exposed body parts are much more darker than the other. I need full bright body.

Hi I have had acne on my back for around 1-2 years. There is not many now but I still have few and there are scars from the previous ones that have healed. I don't get any irritating or burning. I haven't tried any remedy on my own nor consulted any doctor yet for this. I have had this habit of touching and bursting the pimples. I do take bath regularly. Earlier it used to be with cold water but since past few weeks I've been using warm water for bathing. Could you please suggest what I need to do to get rid of these back acnes and acne marks? I have too much dandruff on my hair scalp. I tried almost everything to get rid of it. I have changed multiple anti dandruff shampoos, oils serums etc and I have also tried homemade remedies to get rid of it, but nothing helped. Please help me how can I get rid of dandruff.
