Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Cuts at corner of lips for which doctor diagnosed angular chellitis and have been applying cuvat cream from past 2 months but now have also got ring shaped rashes at corner of mouth and doctor has given new cream for fungal infection but still rashes keep coming and going Also the cuts are recurring only not sure what is the issue is it some deficiency or something not diagnosed properly

I'm suffering from chronic urticaria for past 4 years but still it's not cured after taking numerous tablets. Is there any treatment available to find the root cause of the allergy??

A year back pimples appear on my scalp so a doctor prescribed doxycycline (OD), the pimples go away but after 6 months they come back n i took doxycycline (BD) but whenever i stop taking drug they reappear what should i do. I got fed up taking tablet and they just start appears n cause lots of itching and hair fall.

I started observing small Red spots on my hand then on my stomach one Small red colour rash was seen is this somekind of Skin allergy? Small white patches and rashesh have appeared on the backside of head under the occipital area. Now it's bit itchy. It's most probably a fungal infection. If you can pls give a medication or a tube for relief or betterment then it would be a great help. Attaching pic for reference.
