This seems to be Acanthosis nigricans. Is he diabeteic ? Or it could be simple tanning due to sun exposure. Discuss in detail so that accurate diagnosis can be made and treatment can be given to you accordingly. Needs to be evaluated in details. Kindly provide more pictures and discuss in detail.
