Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have severe chapped lips which comes and goes. Sometimes it causes lip bleeding.It all started 2-3years back after applying a very much non smudge liquid lipstick. At First there was small red harsh patch like thing on the border area where lip meets skin. After that, gradually it turns out to be extremely chapped and scaling lip. I have used Flutibact ointment (result was good) but it comes back again whenever I stop this medicine. No such results after applying any lip balm also.

I was out of country in Canada for 3 year and have noticed increase hairfall n hair thinning in last few years. Also there is dryness in scalp with itchyness and flaky and dandruff. Also I get lots of boils/pimples all over head. I will be going back to canada in 2 months. Can this be hair thinning be stopped n can i again have thick n good volume hair back?

My wife is having pigmentation above cheeks area. This is for last 2 years. Tried many creams and medicines but didn't achieved satisfactory results. Need help in this regard

I observed white patches on mg underarms i consult a doctor she suggest ointments too.But i dont know exact reason why these happens some one says it is vitiligo so other says due to rough shaving with raiser this happenes can any one please suggest. Last 4 days i used oinments but no normalities

I am having a very dry and rough skin now very frequently white flakes on head, eyebrows and even on eye lashes plus my face looks dull, dry and less energetic than before. I wonder how to resolve this problem I was using Salicia KT shampoo and Cetaphil Oil cleanser facewash with Patanjali AloeVera as moisturiser but i have seen no good results at all in the beginning it was ok but now no results. Please help with this i cant get rid of very dry rough skin and white flakes on head (sticky white flakes not big white flakes are on eyebrows, eyes and head). My Skin is itchy especially on head, eyes and eyebrows due to which it cause blurryness itchiness in eyes. Also, my body immunity is low due to my vision problem and dryness
