3 years before because of stress I have lost half of my hair, and have seen so many doctors but nothing worked, finally this time doctor asked me to go for meso theropy and PRP treatment. is there some other way to control this issue? i am not comfortable for these treatments, I am happy to connect online for consultation.

Hello, I am a 30 year old asian man & my doctor has recommended me 5% Minoxidil twice a day for thinning hair. Currently I am working from home & have limited outside activity, my question is how often do I need to wash my hair while using minoxidil ? I have super short hair cut (buzzcut) and the doctor told me twice a week should be fine but I wanted to get a second opinion as many online forums advise to wash daily or min 3 times a week. Also I use Nizoral as my shampoo so if I need to increase my washing frequency do I use Nizoral once a week & use a normal shampoo for other times ? And inputs would be really appreciated
