I have been facing red patches in my inner thighs and i need to scratch a lot. I have been using itch guard and wash it twice a day. After 4-6 hrs it starts irritating again. Please advice.

It's Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
