Break Out while on Isotretinoin

I am on my 5th month of isotretinoin 10mg course but still I am having big cystic acne breakout, I don't know what else to do now. Please help :(

It can be improved...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Few breakouts can occur while on isotretinoin. They will reduce further. Compare your present picture with previous ones. If the improvement is not much, consult your dermatologist regarding increase dose of isotretinoin according to your body weight
