I have noticed new moles n marks coming on my palm n changing it's shape too.

Don’t worry it’s harmless..mole usually appears with age and in any part with hormonal changes or increased sun exposure..if your mole has symptoms like bleeding, itchy or painful then only you might see a doctor

This is quite normal. If you develop any symptoms such as pain, bleeding, increase in size and thickness, then consult a dermatologist in person
