Recently I observed new moles appear on my face and neck what could be the reason? Is there any way to get rid of those moles?

Yes moles are not bigger issue what kind of moles you have share images if it’s skin tag kind then I will tell you homoeopathy medicine mole will shed off if you have larger nd chronic ( old ) then you have to visit clinic for removal.

It's produced in cells called melanocytes. Moles are caused when cells in the skin called melanocytes grow in clusters.
Causes can be :
Genetic
Hereditary
Sun exposure
protecting the skin from sun, starting early in life, is the best way to prevent the development and growth of moles.
Laser treatment helps to go away.
It's physiological, no need to remove unless cosmeticaly concerned.
