Can I take covid vaccination if i have vitiligo for a long time , will vaccination trigger the condition and make it spread ?! Kindly suggest

I never really had acne problem in the past, nor did I ever apply any products on my face. But from last 1 year, I started having breakout every now and then. N now since last 3 months, I always have 2-3 active acne on my face. I have tried all home remedies including natural alovera, turmeric, lemon, honey, but nothing seems to work. Can you let me know if this will heal on its own, or by any natural remedies, or is doctor consultation important? I am not really a fan of medicines, and am trying to avoid it. But the acnes are giving me a nightmare, not to forget the spots left behind by it. Please help..

Hands skin feels dry as hell.. though have this since 4-5 months but now became worse.. cuts also there. I wash my hands many times with hand wash as I am in that kind of job where I am exposed to contaminants.. what skin issue is it exactly???

I am a 43yr.old Male Suffering from dark spot & pigmentation because due to excessive exposure in sunlight faces discoloration of skin colour of face,develop dark spot on face & forehead nose,for these under guidence of skin specialist doctor applied triple combination cream{Mela care , Avemom -HT}either these also uses kojic acid diplamate vitamin C{cream & orally} both arbutin glycolic acid mix cream from all of these got relief but it's temporary till then continue the treatment got relief when stopped asrises again same as previous.As I think the mistake done by me I was not any of the one treatment not  continue any treatment max.1--1.5month maximum.. Now request you to please advice me the best treatment option and guideline. For use & duration taken. Hope so you are reply with postive responce.
