Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, Ever since I developed a large belly (due to covid19-era overeating) I coincidentally developed what appears to be either a skin tag or HPV wart on my groin area. When my dermatologist looked at it closely he stated that it's a skin tag not a wart. I had it removed at  his office using some kind of electric-buzzing device. I went on for several months "cleared" of it until it reappeared sometime this month (or at least that's when I noticed it again), and will visit a dermatologist to remove it again regardless of what it is. So this is the second time having it. However, I'm having doubts of what it really is. Its edges are undetached to the skin while the skin is fully attached. I uploaded a picture for you to see. It's the size of a very very small coin.

I have consult a doctor on practo and they recommend me, la sheild lite anti tanning sunscreen gel spf 30, deriva bpo gel, venusia max intensive moisturising cream. I have purchase sunscreen of la sheild spf 30, deriva bpo gel, saslic foaming face wash. Now i am confusing, why doctor is recommend me for venusia max intensive moisturising cream. It is only for dry skin and i have a oily skin plus acne prone skin. So please advise on can i use venusia moisturising cream or not? Please also advise on cream for oily, acne prone skin and for skin glow. Please advise on how to remove acne black spots.

Hello my daughter has redness on her feet suddenly when I was bathing her .. it's on her feet n slight on hands .. I have used everyday soap n lotion .. also gave her normal food.. may be the redness was there from yesterday nights but noticed while bathing her . Y this redness rash sort of thing has happen ?
