Excessive itching on one leg
Excessive itching on my legs which creates fine black lines. It looks scaly and vein like. It leaves marks on my legs and keeps happening every year no matter what I do or how many doctors o have consulted online on practo. Kindly help. The last doctor suggested these medications which didn't help either.
