Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am getting small small cuts on my forskin whether due to musterbation or cleaning. Not every time but it occurs weekly. I have this condition few months back. And it keeps coming back after that. It get healed everytime but again come back. After that I also see some white stuff getting accumulated inside forskin. Also sometime i can't pull back the forskin due to swelling. Please suggest what should I do. Whom to consult with. I didn't get this before, it happening for last 3-4 months

Observed Small round white dry patches on scalp after shaving my head Earlier i was having problem of heavy dandruff.

I've been dealing with back acne for a while now and nothing seems to work, they appear as red bumps and after few days the tissue is dead and leaves a mark, I also have flakes or dandruff, which could be causing the back acne , please suggest some effective cream or spray.

In AM I am using clear gel+sunscreen In PM I am using earth rhythm niacinamide+ kumkumadi oil Face wash I am using khadi one that it's. Why I am feeling like this ? Kindly help.

I have minor  acne scars on my face. Some of them are deep ice pick scars, some rolling scars and some open pores. How much % dermaroller can reduce it if someone uses 1.5m at home. How much result can we get? Can dermaroller reduce the hypertrophic acne scars on nose?
