Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

What can we do to stop excessive sweat on hand on feet as it's difficult to work or to anything? What can be the reason?

I am  having hairfall without combing my hair will fall. I am having hair growth but hair are falling in very large quantity and if i comb then there will be much more hairfall. I am having small lumps on my head which pains when touched and when i touche my scalp it pains a bit as well and something small white looking like dandruff is also there on my scalp for which a doctor told me to use candid tv. I have taken previously many medications and also did a check  as doctor told me to  ,to see if I have thyroid it was found that my prolactin is higher and vitamin b 12 deficiency is there , some doctors also told her that it is telogen effluvium but i is not  sure why hair is falling, can someone help me regarding it? Because it has been around 8 months

As much I know this mama Earth oil claims to control hairfall content redensyl so my query is does this redensyl works for hair regrowth? Is it having side effect of using oil comes with redensyl content ?

He is getting boils on different parts of the body is it because of a skin issue or general health issue. And there are scars left behind. Can you suggest some remedies or medications. I have attached the photo with boil and 2nd one the scar it leaves. Kindly suggest what to do.
