Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

6months back I pulled out 2-3 hair from my moustache. Since then that portion hair is not growing back, making a visible patch. Need help to get hair back.

I have dry skin in my leg. It makes it more itchy. Also rashes have been created due to this. Any remedies?
