Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My brother is having dandruff for past few months. That is not too chronic but at medium level where small dandruff chunks on the head skin. He is not taking any medication for that currently. But now his foot skin that is the sole bottom is developing pits in the skin suddenly. Is it linked to dandruff or any other issue?

Hi i am male 35. I have got a painless lump on the inner side of my lower lips .First I thought it would have been so called chala but it doesn't have any white spot as usually a chala have its just like we have inner lip type but just a little fatter. Its painless but i think its growing little bit. Please advice.
