Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm suffering from chronic urticaria since 3 months continuously taking antihistamines My eosinophil count is 492/πl symptoms resolving with antihistamines but recurring after drug effect completed, and my IgE levels are normal, TFT normal, can you please suggest good treatment for me to reduce eosinophils except steroids

My face has been blacked like tan but my nose tip and on upside of eyebrow and lips upper side  is white but apart from that It is black like a face pack help me out with this to gain a same colour as my nose tip contains

I am facing hyperpigmentation around my lips , i don't know the reason it happened but this had happened at the same place where it was 1.5 yr back. please suggest me with something which can help me to get rid of it.

Im a long time minoxidil user. Recently i saw densita mf which comes with redensyl base. This is the first minoxidil I'm witnessing which comes with redensyl base. Is this good brand? And timely rested one?

Earlier it was a mosquito bite day by day as I was scratching it later it turned into black spot with blood coming out. Later I was applying ointment it had reduced to certain level but now sometimes water gets accommodate in it and water comes out as puss form. The ointment which I apply is keralin (benzoic acid,salicylic acid and hydrocortisone acetate skin ointment)

I have used clobetasol steroid cream 22 tubes of 10 gram each in 4 months on jock itch STOPPED it on 20 Jan 2022 went to a doctor Prescription Terbinafine 250mg Ketoconazole shampoo Oxiconazole nitrate cream Nadifloxacin cream Clotrimazole dusting powder On 29 Jan fungal spread to both knees from groin region Terbinafine replaced by itraconazole 200mg And scabella Moisturizing cream was given 8 Feb 2022 fungal infection was spreading I did a video call with practo doc He prescribed Itraconazole 200 mg 0-1-0 Luliconazole cream 0-0-1 On 22 Feb today my visible fungal has disappeared to naked eye For how long long should I take itraconazole 200mg and apply luliconazole cream as I feel weakness and tremor in hand and dizziness all day
