Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having severe eczema flare ups around my neck and inner elbow area.. It is painful, itchy and very dry at the same time. Please suggest solution for the same

I am having some red rashes in neck area. I don't have this in any other area of my body. I took levo citrizine last night but the red rashes are still there, they are not itching but a little burning sensation is there which is bearable. Do i need to consult a doctor immediately?

Im having redness and dry patch under my eyebrows. It has burning sensation. It's red now later it will become dry and then it peels off. It repeats. I'm having this since 1 week.

Hello, i have severe dandruff in my scalp and my doctor prescribed dandruff shampoo like keto az,c win, fungicide etc but it doesn't go away. It will be only in control when i use tarry shine and when i stop it comes back again... Day by day scalp got worser and doctor said that  I Have scalp psoriasis and ordered some blood test and prescribed me with 8 follitrax 5 mg tablet for 1 month only on  Saturday morning and evening and 30 folvite  tablets for a month. When i use folitrax on Saturday i have nausea and vomiting sensation from sunday early morning to afternoon... And when i searched about follitrax on internet i am really very much afraid to take those Medicines as it is used for cancer treatment and it can cause some serious troubles to our body. I am very muuch afraid to take those tablets can some one please help me whether to continue or to stop taking that medicine. And even stopping that Medicine could cause any problems ? Please someone help me.

After getting up in the morning since last 2-3 days and sometimes while just sitting, my thighs and area just below the knees and sometimes arms start itching. I experienced it the first time few days back, after an hour or so of taking warm shower. When i check, there are no mosquito/flee bites or rashes or anything else. Very rarely i have seen any redness or rashes in the area of itching. Earlier i thought that maybe it's happening because of dry skin but i applied some vaseline and moisturiser and it didn't seem to help much. Last night while trying to sleep itching started again. I have never experienced it in my life earlier though earlier during this winter season i used to apply some coconut oil on the entire body and this year while staying at hostel i rarely apply anything however when i tried using the body lotion or vaseline it didn't help me much. Also my water intake is quite low these days but not sure why i am facing the itching problem

I am facing problem with very worst allergy on the testics. Skin is peeling and swelling after itching with redness

I have dry sensitive skin. I want to know if I can use Vitamin C and niacinamide based skin serums. Also, are chemical based exfoliants like AHA, BHA serums safe for sensitive skin? Please note that I have a history of chronic urticaria.

I have been suffering from dryness on my hands(only) since 3-4 years now. My father has same problem on his hands n feets. The skin starts to dry first, then gets darker n then cuts n bleeding. I use calcipotriol but since this winter, it has stopped helping me at all. Kindly suggest what to do. Whenever I wash my hands, it gets worse.
