Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am 29 years old, female having dry and sensitive skin type. My skin looks dull and i have dark circle around my eyes,so i need some daily care routine to keep my skin hydrated, glowing and brightening.

I have been having black spots in skin since childhood along with some rashious type. I want a solution since it really feels occurred at times to represent myself in society.

I have had chapped lips issues since the pandemic began. I am not sure if that's an allergy. I can only wear a cloth mask. When I wear an N95 mask due to sweat and lack of ventilation my lips peel off. Also when I apply astringent after a lot of burning the chapness dies down. Please help

I have been going through a constant hairfall probelm for good 8-9 years, it never stops and my hair is very weak from the root. I do get new hair growth but the hair I have is very weak and falls very easily because of which I don't even tie or undergo any chemical treatment. Also, I'm unclear whether it is Telogen Effluvium or Alopecia I'm suffering from as doctors do not tell me.

Hey there has been scratch marks on face(right cheek) which has healed but left scars which are darkened now. Have been using Mederma Advanced Plus for the last 3 days but no improvement. Attached image for your reference. She has very aged thin skin.

I'm 21 years old . I had been given isotretinoin 20 mg by a dermat . I took it for one month and discontinued because of the terrible hair loss . Should I take the medicine again because again this year winter I'm having a severe breakout . I'm genetically prone to acne. Acne is cystic . Hi which hair colours are safe. I have few grey hair i tried henna but giving orange color not satisfied. I have never tried any other hair colors. I am looking for no ammonia and ppd free hair colors. Please suggest.

A thin (about 1mm) vertical black line appeared under the nail of the index finger (right hand) about a week ago. This line looks like a needle and covers the entire length of the nail. It appeared suddenly and I don't recollect any injuries to the nail (it is painless). Things I have read online (regarding nail melanoma) have scared me. I have attached a couple of pictures. Should I get this checked out and ask for a biopsy? Could this be melanoma?

My hair is falling out while I put my hand in my hair.When I put coconut oil on my hair while taking a bath,8 to 10 hairs falls out.When I wipe my hair with a towel, some hair is falling out.when i wake up in the morning i find some hairs in my pillow..i think 30-40 hairs regularly falling out...is it normal hair fall due to winter or something else...suggest me something
