Salt and pepper patches on face and body

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Have PSS (scelloderma) since 9 years. Taking mycophenolate mofetil, vit D 2k and tadact 20. Salt pepper spots started from neck and spreading all over face,head and body. Pls advise some ointment for this for an even skin.
