Cellulitis doesn't need any lab test for diagnosis unless complicated. Clinical evaluation is enough. However it is important to get your complete blood count, blood culture (if cell counts are raised, or there is fever or signs of sepsis), pus culture (if there is any oozing/discharge) and blood glucose levels evaluated.
