Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have some skin infection, so my dermatologist suggest calkem lotion and zydip lotion . But calkis not available anywhere. So what can I use in palce of calkem. Please suggest

I have these white spots/dots/marks on my 2 particular nails. Left thumbnail and right middle finger nail... also right thumbnail.. But it's barely visible on it. The thing is.. I don't understand why I have them.. They grow out then more come in their place.. in same line ever time.. It's in never ending loop. I searched alot about white spots on nails but the results are always about those big white spots.. But mine are tiny pin sized white spots.. That too in a vertical line which keeps coming back. So what's it? What's the cause of it? Is it serious? (Also I don't bite my nails..)

I had a mild fever last night for a few hours and woke up with a skin rash all over the back next morning but without any fever and Feeling absolutely normal otherwise. Took an allegra in the morning and the rash is still there but not itching too much. Does this require Medication?
