Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Which one of them should I use for beard and hairline shifting as my doctor suggested for 5% minoxidil which one to use minoxytop 5% or tinfal 5%???

I have sever Dandruff issues since many years I have tried many things... home remedies + prescribed shampoos and lotions.. some dermatologists say it's psoriasis some say it's dandruff... is there any permanent solution to it ?? When I apply the lotions prescribed it goes away and comes back as soon as I stop using it.. these lotions are harming my harmful and my hair quality and volume has decreased a lot... I tried normal oiling (coconut/tea tree/amla) for months but it did not help. Plz suggest some permanent solution... it also makes my ears flaky.

1. Can this be melasma (I reasearched on on internet) 2. Is it curable 3. How common is this in males 4.

I have this weird thing on my hand, what could this possibly be? Can this be harmful or is it just cosmetic?

Does intake of caffeine promote hair growth or it decrease ?

I'm 28 year old male , I have noticed that my hair is disappearing , first at my beard and now at moustache ..I can see a spot where there were hairs 20 days ago and now it is blank .. no iching ..is it normal or any skin condition ? I'm sharing a pic of that blank spot under my chin ..you can see there is a spot at moustache too ..

I was using betnovate n cream from past 10 yrs.I was using it night only ( not in a day time ). I used to apply a thick layer of this cream. Now I stop Using it from 2 months. I am having redness, itching, dry skin, small blisters on my face.. I used aloevera and glycerin and Cetaphil cleanser. I'm facing side effects of betnovate N redness, itching, dull skin,pimples on face .any suggestions/remdies for this problem. Plz help me to get rid of this.

Can I use alum on my face(for smoother skin )on a daily basis ..is it safe to use it on a daily basis?..can it have any side effects ?
