Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

If Hardwater is causing hairfall and  pimples and little bumps on my face- textured skin...can putting alum in the water be of any help...for how much time does it need to be kept immersed in water ?!...and is it safe to glide a block of alum over my face on a daily basis ?

I am female aged 41, wrinkles and dark circles around my eyes make me feel more than my age plus I have a very dry dull skin. If these were not there I might look 35. These make me feel myself ugly sometimes..plz advise. Could retinol and hyaluronic acid help?

I have under eye dark circle and hollowness since my teenage. So I consult nearest dermatologist for this on August 2019 . So he prescribed some cream 1) Avarta under eye cream(2.5 months) 2) Botanica anti ageing cream (next 2.5 months) Then I go for Online consultation due to lock down. Doctor prescribed following medicines 1)Melalumin under eye serum(2 months) 2)Melaglow cream(2 months) 3)Kojitin emulgel (2 months) Glenmark la-shield sunscreen for entire period. Then I do some self medication. **EGA cream for 6 months Then I go for laser treatment for five sessions.Laser treatment put a drastic change on face including under eye . But under eye problem still their. *Now I am using a vitamin serum at morning and yugard cream at night along with ekran soft spf 50 sunscreen(reapeted every 3 hour). How can I cure the problem completely? Thanks in advance.
