My nose piercing bump is not healing , i used scar end gel , and took Taxim ocv tabs for 3 days . Still the bump is not reducing ..

My doc prescribed me melano tx cream for skin lightening..is it safe to use or I shouldn't use?does it really helps in skin lightening ?

Hi I am 38 year old female. I have hair fall since 1 year and lost many hair in an year. Each hair has become very fine. I had my second baby 2 years back. When she was 1.5 years I noticed hair had very tinned out. Got my blood tests done as per my family doctors priscription. I had low iron 10 and ferritin level 6.and vitamin d on insufficient side. Is this the cause? Rest all blood sugar,b12, thyroid levels are normal. I had pcod problem but my menses are normal after my first delivery and I am not facing any issues. Kindly guide if I can take additional treatment.will my hair grow back. As this was sudden offset.my hair line is very well And broad visible now. I did colouring once. Will it be the reason?
