Which  active  ingredient  is  best  for   whiteheads  ???...??? ... ??? ... ???...??? ...???...??.?

I have suddenly started getting lots of acne. I'm currently using Clindamycin phosphate gel and Azelic acid cream (20%) after washing my face with D'acne foaming face wash. But there's not much improvement. Can I switch to Benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) and Adapalene gel (0.1%)? If yes, what other actives I shouldn't be using with these products? Kindly suggest. And also suggest, if I can use BHA power liquid and vit C in my skincare regimen while having active acne or not?

Hi doctor, I get itching red patch in upper chest sometime. It always appears at same place. It itches for sometime. It goes away after few hours . But happen again after sometime. Attached picture. Is this something could be blood?. I did CBC test 6 month back and all parameters were normal except RBC which was 6.37.
