Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doc. From past 2 months I ve rashes on my stomach, shoulders. I ve consulted even skin specialist , doc told it might due to stress or due to viral infections. I was suggested to use some cream nd tablets. After medication,Rashes was fading but suddenly from past 3 days rashes are more. Please give some suggestion. I ve attached pic of rash

Went for a travel to beach but forgot to apply sunscreen. I had stopped retnoid 3 days before.i am afraid the sun might have caused some damage to my skin as i didn't apply sunscreen nd was in direct sun fr few hours .should i go for IPL or some treatment for reducing the damge or should I continue to retinoid again or wair for few days .any way to reduce damge early stage
