Hello, can any dermatologist suggest cream for this infection on my hand ? Picture is attached for your reference. Also please let me know what type of infection is this.

My hair was falling and getting thin Doctor suggested me zubitin 10 I took for a month and saw changes I want to ask if I can continue for another month I'm also taking becadex multivitamin and calcium Calten D Please let me know if it's safe to continue

I have white patches where on my hand if my stretch out my upper part of my hand I see my pigment turning white what are these were also on my body these are few pictures I have consulted it before they said is a derma allergy and before i was taking treatment of homeopathy where doctor were treating me for leucoderma I am confused if it's an alergy how should I differentiate in between I some time have anxiety just by seeing my hand These patches are also pure white as vitiligo patient so what is it!
